Gaston Luga AB reserves the right, on all orders as well as final sales, to correct any displayed prices which are obviously incorrect. Under such circumstances, Gaston Luga AB may cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid, in the most suitable way. Gaston Luga AB will notify the consumer as soon as reasonably possible following the discovery of the error.
Consumers have the right to return an order within 30 days from receiving the order. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. If consumers use their right to return an order, they must contact Gaston Luga AB to receive an address to send the goods to. Gaston Luga AB will either provide a procedure for free return or reimburse any return shipping costs via PayPal as long as a copy of the receipt is provided to Customer Support. If Customer Support is not contacted for the proper return procedure or the return procedure is not followed, kindly note that the customer is subject to the shipping expenses in returning this package to us. If an item is damaged during transport, the consumer must notify Gaston Luga AB within 2 months for the consumer to have the right to compensation. More information will then be received.
All purchases made on gastonluga.com on or after January 1st, 2022 are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase of brand new, unused products by the first end-user. Your product is protected against all manufacturing defects provided that the product is used for its intended purpose.
The Limited Lifetime Warranty applies for the expected lifetime of the product but will not exceed 20 years from the date of purchase. For all purchases made on gastonluga.com before January 1st, 2022, the warranty period is 12 months from the purchase date.
If your product is within the warranty period and proof is presented to our Customer Service for defects or flaws due to improper materials and/or production fault, Gaston Luga AB will not charge for labor, parts, or repair. Full replacement for defective products is at the discretion of Gaston Luga AB. If your product is determined defective due to inflicted damage caused by reasons other than manufacturing error, we can replace your product at an additional service charge.
The Warranty is in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law and consumers have the right to choose whether to claim service under the Warranty or under their consumer rights law. For further information about consumer law, please contact your local consumer organization.
The Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to purchases made on gastonluga.com. Original Gaston Luga products purchased outside gastonluga.com are subject to the warranty policies and guidelines of the reseller through which the purchase was made. The warranty will immediately become void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer.
When you order from a country within the EU you pay the price including Swedish VAT and no other fees are added. However, when you order from a country outside of the EU, you will be responsible for the local VAT and customs. Contact your local customs office for more information.
You may pay with either credit or debit cards. Klarna banking services manage all of our banking transactions. Gaston Luga does not store any credit card numbers.
Pay with your bank credit cards such as Visa, AMEX, or MasterCard securely over the Internet. Your payment is handled by Klarna with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. Purchases through invoices are administered by Klarna and can only be used by customers in Sweden and Finland. In the case of invoice payment or partial payment, our partner Klarna may make a credit report. In such a case, you will be informed of this.
Gaston Luga does not take an extra fee for purchases but your bank or credit card may add a fee for your purchase. If no payment has been received after submitting your order, Gaston Luga AB may automatically cancel your order.
Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation email to your email address. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as guarantee of proof of purchase.
Gaston Luga AB shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered include government intervention, new / amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.
